Our roots are in the hands-on design and implementation of information systems in the public and private sectors in the early 2000s.  This is where we learnt the importance of understanding the needs of users so they actually end up with IT solutions they want and can use.  It also gave us a thorough grounding in information technology and data.

Taking this technical learning we moved into helping organisations justify the need for technical change in the first place through business case development, formal requirements management and holistic solution design. This gave confidence to the sponsors of large transformation initiatives that their outcomes would be achieved by the investment, there were tangible benefits to the change and the change was design-driven.

From here we started to work with executives and senior stakeholders to define their business and digital strategies, and to design the business and operating models that would bring strategy to life.  This allows the right investment in the right capabilities which, in turn, ensures you to deliver value to your customers.  And always with one eye on how digital can play a part.

In the here and now these things still have a place but we also now work with organisations to help them understand their future and how they can become more agile and resilient in a very uncertain and volatile world.
