Good honest help and support

We understand that you may not always know what you need; just that you have a serious problem in your business that needs fixing.  And that's fine because you can engage us to help you define your problem.  If there's a quick fix then you might not even need us from that point on.

 

However, helping you define your problem will:

a) bring clarity to what you also might ask us to solve

b) be a short piece of low risk work and

c) will help us build our relationship together.

In fact we tend to recommend that all our consultancy assignments are preceded with a short 'discovery' piece of work to define the problem, scope the remedial work needed and formally initiate the required project.

 

Apart from the unknown unknowns above, there are also known unknowns. That of terminology.  We're all too conscious that you might not understand the terminology we use or you may have an understanding that is different to ours.

 

To that end we will always explain what we mean and adapt our language if necessary.
